Life is sweet
So, every so often, Eleora wakes up early from her nap, and I take her here into the living room and nurse her, and "snoogie", and she ends up falling right back to sleep, right here, on my lap. Most of the time I type away at e-mails and catch up on reading some great posts, but every few minutes I pause and smile at the blessing right here on my lap.
She is so sweet.
Thank you, God.
There may come a time when there will be other kiddos running around playing and singing and laughing, and moments like this won't be possible. Sure, those moments will have their own special blessings too, but for right now, I'm just soaking up all the goodness of this precious moment, this gift, right here, on my lap.

awww, I love to hold Graciela when she is sleeping. She'll grab my shirt and hold on or she'll smile in her sleep, and to think I got to witness my angel so precious in my arms. I still hold my son who is 5 but he's not as willing, to go into his room at night and make sure he's all tucked in, I give him a kiss and tell him I love him, most of the time even if he's sleeping he mumbles something..lol.. I can only think it's "I love you too mama", I love both of my blessings !!!!
